➤ be 100% sure of buying, before claiming an item.

➤ strictly no cancellations. if you wish to cancel your order, you should pay (50%) half the price of the item you claimed.

➤ payo or 2-3 days reservation

➤ late fee is ₱20 per day.

➤ pf ranges from ₱15-₱25 depends on what packing mats I'll be using.

➤ reminder: if you opt for sco ₱10 additional fee will be charged.

➤ no rush shipping please, but I'll send you a picture of your order as soon as I can once its packed and ready to ship out.

➤ no raw unboxing video = no refund

➤ kindly erase or cover both our names & address when throwing out the packaging with the waybill, for both our safety.

⟢ I have 2 fur babies, so there might be pet furs that got in while I'm packing your order. though I always double check the things before I put it in the pouch, if a fur/hair still managed to get in it, I apologize in advance.⟢ once I ship out your item, I am not liable for any damages and loss of parcels due to the courier (especially sco), but rest assured your items are well-packed!
